    Your family is a top priority to Playful Adventures. We implement enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures in addition to social distancing measures to ensure that families, staff, and children feel comfortable and safe. At each event our PALS have scheduled breaks to thoroughly wipe equipment and sanitize hands. To ensure safety we are only booking one event a day. All delivery is contactless. Our equipment and balls are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use. We clean with non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner. Cleaning products kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.
  • How often do you clean the Equipment?

  • What ages are appropriate for Soft Play equipment?
    Ages 0-5 years old. Our equipment is safe for crawlers and early walkers up to 5 years old, but we encourage parents to get inside with their small children (without shoes).
  • Are adults allowed on the equipment?
    Yes, but may not sit or play on the equipment. Adults are encouraged to support and supervise children (without shoes)
  • Do children need to be supervised while playing on equipment?
    Yes, each child must be monitored during use of equipment to ensure a safe experience. Playful Adventures provides an attendant to make sure rules are being followed and to ensure that the playground is being used in a safe and fun way. Attendant on site is NOT responsible for supervision of children
  • Can Playful Adventures be set up indoors?
    Yes. House, Public Park, Private Venue, Building, ect.
